Profit consulting for local businesses
Find where your business is losing time and money.
Most owners don't need more leads first. The money is usually already in the building: calls that go to voicemail, quotes nobody followed up, customers who bought once and never heard from you again, and hours every week spent on work a system could do. I find those gaps, put a dollar figure on each one, and fix the ones worth fixing with practical AI and automation, and with targeted ads when new customers are the missing piece.
What I look for
Where the money usually leaks
Every business has a few of these. The question is which ones are costing you the most, and which are cheap to fix.
Calls nobody answers
Calls that hit voicemail while you're on a job or after hours. Most people don't leave a message. They call the next name on the list.
Quotes that go quiet
Estimates sent once and never followed up. It's often the easiest money in the business, because the customer already asked for a price.
People who bought once
Past customers who would buy again or send you someone, if anyone ever asked. Most businesses never contact them again.
Slow replies
Web enquiries answered tomorrow instead of in a few minutes. By then they've often booked whoever got back to them first.
Hours lost to busywork
Scheduling, reminders, data entry and the same answers to the same questions, done by hand every week by you or your best people.
Prices nobody has checked
Rates set years ago and never compared against what the work costs you now, or what the market will pay.
How it works
Start with twenty minutes. Decide from there.
You never pay for anything before you know what it's worth.
- 01
Free 20 minute assessment
We talk through how work comes in, how it gets followed up and where your week goes. You leave with the two or three biggest gaps I see, whether we go any further or not.
- 02
Full assessment
For owners who want the whole picture. We go through the numbers together, and you get a written report: every gap, what it's worth in your own numbers, how much effort each one takes to fix, and the order I'd tackle them. The price is set before we start.

Fix what's worth fixing
If you want help putting it in place, I set up the fixes, quick wins first. Most of them run on tools you already pay for, and they're built around how your team already works.
When the gap is new customers
Leads from people already looking for what you sell
Sometimes the business runs well and there just aren't enough of the right people coming in. When that's the gap, I run ad campaigns aimed at people in your area who are searching for your service right now, instead of guessing by age and zip code.
Built on buying intent
Audiences come from recent search activity for services like yours in your service area, so the ads reach people who are already shopping.
Facebook and Instagram ads
Aimed at that audience, with an offer built around your business and your margins, and adjusted as the results come in.
Every lead gets an answer
Leads go straight into a system that replies in minutes and keeps following up, so they turn into booked appointments instead of names on a list.
If your follow up isn't ready for more leads, I'll tell you to fix that before you spend anything on ads.
What you walk away with
A short list, in order, in your own numbers
Every gap I find
Sorted by what it's costing you, not by what's easiest for me to sell.
What each one is worth
Worked out from your call volume, your average job and your close rate, so the figures mean something to you.
What to leave alone
If something isn't worth fixing yet, or more leads would only bury you, the report says so.
About
Someone who has sat at the kitchen table
I'm Alex Schneider. I've spent my career in sales and operations in home services: in people's houses, across the table from owners, and inside the companies doing the work.
Sometimes the missing piece is marketing. More often, what I see is money slipping out the other end: in the follow up, the pricing and the hours nobody tracks. I look at both, and I tell you which one is costing you more.
I live in Wyomissing and work with owners across Berks and the surrounding counties.
Who I work with
Owner-run local businesses, usually doing $40,000 a month or more, that are busy and still feel like money is slipping through.
Home services and trades
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, remodeling and anyone else in houses every day.
Offices and storefronts
Insurance, accounting, real estate, health and wellness, retail and hospitality.
A specialty
In houses every day? Water treatment may be your biggest gap.
For plumbing, HVAC and well companies, I build water treatment programs end to end: testing on calls you already run, pricing, equipment, training and the service side after.
Twenty minutes to find out where the money is going.
Pick a time that works, or call or text. Tell me what kind of business you run and what eats most of your week.
