Water treatment programs for companies in houses every day
Water treatment, without your guys changing how they work.
Plumbing, HVAC and well companies are already standing in the houses that need it. Most either refer the work out or quote a softener off a test strip. I build the whole program: testing on the calls you already run, pricing your techs can quote on the spot, what equipment to carry, install training, and the service side after. The install buys the customer. The salt, filters, media and annual checks are where a dealer makes most of its money.
The program, start to finish
Water treatment, without your guys changing how they work
The test takes about five minutes in a house you're already standing in. Start with one truck and ten houses.
- 01
Test
A real panel instead of a strip, run on service calls you're already on. It takes minutes and it changes what the house actually needs.
- 02
Price
Good, better, best built around your labor rate and your margin, so a tech can present it in the kitchen without calling the office.
- 03
Stock
A short equipment list that covers most of what you'll see, from suppliers you can actually get it from.
- 04
Train
How to read the results, what to recommend and why, and how to set it, so nobody is guessing in front of a customer.
- 05
Service
Salt, filters, media and annual checks. Every system you install becomes a reason to be back in that house.
Why the test matters
A strip reads one thing. A house has seven.
What gets measured decides the equipment, the price and whether the customer says yes. A softener quoted off a hardness strip is a small job. The same house, tested properly, is usually a different conversation.
Your techs run it. I set up what gets recommended off each result, and what it's priced at.

The Water Opportunity & Readiness Report
Before you decide anything, find out what the water side of your business is actually worth. I build it from your service area and your call volume. It takes me about an hour and costs you nothing.
The opportunity
What the water actually is across your zip codes: hardness, chlorine or chloramine, iron, housing age and lead risk, and how many households are on wells. Then the systems that fit that water, what they're worth installed, and what your existing call volume adds up to at a conservative close rate.
Can you keep up
Eight questions about how your shop runs, scored out of 24. Two installs a week is under seven tech hours, so the work isn't the problem. What breaks is everything around it: who gets pulled off service, whether equipment is on the shelf, what your all-in cost is against what you charge, and who handles a hundred new service customers a year.
Your three gaps, in order
A short write-up: the three biggest gaps, what each one is worth in your own numbers, and the order I'd fix them in. If the honest answer is that you're at capacity and more leads would hurt, I'll tell you that instead.
What the first 90 days looks like
Nothing here takes a year to show up
No pilot committee, no software to learn, no second crew. You decide at each step whether to add the next truck. Here's the actual sequence.
- Week 1
Set up and train your best tech
Test kits and a starter stock ordered. Good, better, best pricing built around your labor rate and margin, and a decision guide for what to install off each result. We start with one truck and whoever your customers trust most. He learns to run the test, read it and present it.
- Week 2
First systems sold and installed
He offers the test on calls he's already running, and the first systems go in. I'm on the phone during his appointments. Nothing else about his day changes.
- Weeks 3 to 4
Tighten it up, then decide
We review every quote together and fix what isn't landing. Then you look at the results and decide whether to add the next truck.
- Weeks 5 to 8
The second truck
If it's producing, the next tech starts testing, trained alongside your first guy with the objections and answers you actually heard, not a script written in an office.
- Weeks 9 to 12
Every truck, plus follow up
All your trucks testing, and automated follow up running on every tested home that didn't buy that day. Every system installed becomes a service customer.
Who this fits
Companies that are in houses every day
Plumbing
Already in the mechanical room. The shortest path there is.
HVAC
You sell air quality already. Water is the same conversation in the same house.
Multi-trade
More trucks, more houses, more calls where it can come up.
Well and pump
Where the biggest tickets live, because the water is untreated to begin with.
Worth ten minutes to see what your water side is worth?
Tell me how many houses your trucks are in and what you do when a customer asks about their water. That's most of the conversation.
